Felicity McCabe, born in the North West of England now works from her studio in Bow, East London.

She was highlighted early on in her career by D&AD as ‘One to Watch’ and has since been shortlisted for renowned opportunities like the Sony World Photography Awards, The Royal Academy Summer Exhibition and the Creative Review Photography Annual. More recently she won the still life category for the Julia Margaret Cameron Award.

McCabe is known for her strong yet elegant style which purveys across every image. Her practice centres around the themes of memory, time and the fragility of our environment and encompasses both portraiture and still life. Each image is a complete study of the subject, creating something visually dramatic no matter how quiet the person or the object. Her technical skill highlights her ability to notice and enhance the subtle details in an image; from variations of colour to expression.

This distinct style has seen her work with clients such as BAFTA, Cadburys, Wired Magazine, National Theatre, Hiscox, the New York Times magazine, Save The Children, Sipsmith, Tatler, Volkswagen, Volvo and Wallpaper*.
